The team of the Bulgarian Center of New England would like to express our sincerest gratitude to all guests, donors, art buyers and volunteers whose dedication and inspring attitude took us one step closer to our dear cause of finding a new home for the Bulgarian School, Church and Cultural Center “Madara.
The sounds of jazz performed by Elena Koleva and Plamen Karadonev, the wine and the friendly and well known faces redounded to the intimate and family like atmosphere of the event during the art auction’s preview.
The performance from the Bulgarian folklore singing group Omaya, led by Tatiana Sarbinska, created a great mood for all our guests, who when the auction started, quickly raised their hands to bid for the art pieces provided by Hamilton Art.
Paintings of our generous art donors Nelly Tonchev, Boriana Zaneva, Irina Todorova and Boriana Kantcheva, as well as Adam O’Donnel’s and Nevena Bentz’s fine jewelry were well appreciated and bought by our patrons.
